Return and Refund Policy

Above all, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something feels wrong or doesn’t meet your expectations, please email us — we will do our best to resolve it.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

As all custom-made products are personalized, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Production begins immediately after the order is placed, therefore changes to customization details (such as size or color) are not allowed once the order is confirmed.

If an error occurs on our side, we will promptly produce and send a replacement product to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, refunds are not available for customized products, as they contain personal information and cannot be resold.
Thank you for your understanding.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once your order has been locked for processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Please carefully review all order details before completing your purchase, as custom orders cannot be changed after submission.

FREE REPLACEMENT

This applies to packages that have been stuck in transit for more than three weeks or arrive significantly later than expected.
If the shipping address provided is correct, you will receive a FREE replacement product within a reasonable time frame.

We take full responsibility for products that are damaged or incorrect within 30 days of delivery, including:

  • Damage or defects caused by our factory or shipping carrier

  • Significant deviation from the original order (e.g. incorrect personalization)

How to request a replacement:

Please email us with:

  • Order number and email address

  • Photo or video of the defective item

Additional requirements:

  • Printing issues: clear photos showing the error

  • Size issues: photos showing measurements with a measuring tool

Once the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement.
We do not offer refunds, as we believe replacement is the best solution for customized products.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • We generally do NOT offer replacements for customer errors (e.g. incorrect shipping address)

  • Please double-check your address before placing an order

  • Acceptable color variation: up to 20%, due to lighting and screen differences

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • If the return is caused by the customer, the return shipping fee is £3.99

  • If the issue is caused by us, we will cover the shipping cost

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 days and will appear on your account within approximately 3–5 business days, refunded to the original payment method.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • Order cancellation allowed within 3 days

  • Processing time: 7–15 business days

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Customized and promotional items are non-returnable (except for quality issues)

REPLACEMENT WITH A SMALL FEE 

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement for a £3.99 fee, such as:

  • Incorrect item, design, or size due to customization issues

  • No return of the defective item required
